Q:Do I need to register before placing an order?
You do need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. Follow the steps here to register your account.
Q: Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone. Start shopping here.
Q: What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
Q: Why was my order canceled?
- Vibrant Dolls was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled.
- If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterward, create a new order using the correct billing address.

Q: I Think My Package Was Lost Or Stolen, What Do I Do Now?
Vibrant Dolls is not responsible for lost, undelivered or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost, undelivered or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you in getting a store credit applied. We have no control over delivery, therefore it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier if there are any errors.

When do you restock styles/sizes?
Unfortunately we do not have exact dates we restock styles due to the many different vendors/manufacturers we work with having varying restock schedules. We do have a Requested Restock List, where you can add your requests. You can simply email your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add your faves to the list or add the item to your wishlist. We take this list to our vendors/manufacturers and requests a restock for the styles on the list. If the material or styles are already available we restock within 1-4 weeks if they are not ready we cannot restock.
**This doesn't guarantee a restock but we do make sure to ask about the requested styles.
Do you have a size chart?
We do have a basic size chart but the styles vary in measurements. If you would like exact measurements for a specific size, please email us. We will add the measurements to the description of the product.
