Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
We reserve the right to ask for validation of your payment after checkout. Additionally, we are unable to change form of payment once an order has been placed.
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit Only. Returns must be delivered to our distribution center within 5-7 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any returns after this time frame has passed. Please note, return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. if any tags are removed we will not apply store credit.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Distribution Center. Please allow a full 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. We recommend obtaining proof of postage until you've received your store credit as lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. Please note, in-person drop offs will not be accepted at any of our offices. Please be advised we must receive returned items within 5-7 Business Days or request/order will be denied.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges for different items we will only allow size changes. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item, please refer back to 'Return Policy' and visit your online account.
damaged, defective or wrong items shipped
Damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported to us with photos within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we cannot issue credit.

reserved rights regarding returns
Vibrant Dolls reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Additionally, Vibrant Dolls reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Vibrant Dolls items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

**Most orders will ship out within 2-days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders may take up to 72 business hours to process.**
Orders cannot be cancelled 2-hours after they have been placed.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Vibrant Dolls has no control over any duty/tax charges and is not responsible for reimbursements. Additionally, all packages are subject to being held by customs clearance for 30 days or more at their discretion. Please check your local customs website for more information.
POLICIES AND TERMS
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered fully and correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly as we do not take responsibility for correcting this information.
If a package is returned to us and deemed non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the original shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you refuse any shipments from vibrantdolls.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from your store credit. We do not offer refunds for refused or non-deliverable packages.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Vibrantdolls does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Your order is estimated to be delivered within 1-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date that it is placed, depending on which shipping method you have chosen.. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Though we do make every effort to ensure your order is shipped out and delivered successfully within the time frame we advertise, vibrant dolls has no control over the packages once they leave our Distribution Center. Vibrant Dolls does not hold or accept responsibility over packages that are damaged, lost in transit, stolen, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Vibrant Dolls to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Vibrant Dolls may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods
*If your order includes multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund the amount of the item(s) not in stock to your original form of payment.
